The Star Cooperation becomes 100% independent by repurchasing the DaimlerChrysler shares.

Consulting and engineering services for the automobile industry and the machine building and plant construction industry are bundled within the newly created Star Engineering GmbH.

1999
Grouping of all competencies concerning media productions within the newly created Star Publishing GmbH. Outsourcing from the area of Global Service Parts (GSP) of the Daimler AG.

Grouping of the garage-specific competencies within the newly created Star Equipment GmbH.

Grouping of all competencies concerning facility management and facility services within the division Star Facility.

Grouping of all marketing competencies within the division Star Marketing & Consulting.

1998
Grouping of the logistic competencies within the newly created Star Distribution GmbH.

1997
Creation of the Star Cooperation GmbH as a 100% subsidiary of the Daimler-Benz AG. Consulting services for the automobile industry are bundled within the division Star Consulting.
